About Us

AIMS was formed in 2004 by John Plumridge and Francis Hazeel, with the Bank of Scotland as joint venture partner.

The Company benefits from the knowledge of the property sector that John Plumridge has gained from his work with private property companies, English Partnerships and, over the last 6 years, with De Montfort University, Leicester, where several major campus and service reorganisations were successfully planned, masterminded, monitored and executed.

Francis Hazeel has had many years experience as an international property banker, most recently and, over the last 12 years, with Aareal Bank, a leading German Financial Institution, providing loan facilities to enable developers and investors purchase real-estate, of every variety, in the UK and abroad.
