Michael is joining AIMS from DTZ where he had over 15 years experience in advising public and private sector organisations on property matters from a strategic perspective and on the related business and procurement issues. Michael’s work includes the preparation of property strategies and business cases, option appraisal and financial modelling, funding and feasibility studies, due diligence for merger and acquisition proposals and bid support; organisational issues, work-style review and change management; procurement advice and funding and developer selection, including PFI and PPP and asset management planning and review.
